BPXR30 — Self-feeding pallet shredder 30 kW
The BPXR30 is a 30 kW single-shaft pallet shredder designed for wood recyclers, sorting platforms and sawmills looking to recover their pallets, crates and class B wood without investing in a full processing line. Its self-feeding system removes the need for a hydraulic pusher: pallets are naturally drawn into the rotor by the drum rotation.
A design built for daily maintenance
Access to the shredding chamber and cutting blades is provided by simply opening the hopper. This design drastically reduces intervention time for knife replacement or sizing screen changes. A single operator can carry out routine maintenance in less than 30 minutes.
Controlled granulometry via interchangeable screen
The screen shredding system allows you to adjust the output granulometry to match your recovery needs:
- 30 mm screen: biomass boiler feed
- 50 mm screen: composting and mulching
- 80 mm screen: pre-shredding before refining
